What we’re looking for
We are looking for a seasoned Account Development Manager for our Eastern Region with experience in the travel and/or insurance fields to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in account development, with a deep understanding of the travel industry.
As a member of Faye’s Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing travel accounts within the travel industry vertical.

Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts in the travel industry, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote Faye Travel Insurance products.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Representation: Represent Faye in various professional forums, conferences and events in the travel space.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in leading account development activities, specifically B2B2C account development within the travel or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the travel sector, including agencies, airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, tour operators and OTAs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Ability and desire to travel domestically and internationally.
- Ability to run with new ideas, be proactive and excel independently and as part of a team.
